A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR 1978-79 COLMA CREEK AND TRIBUTARIES
· DREDGING PROGRAM (PROJECT NO. SD-78-2)

RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 21st day of
September , 19.78, for
1978-79 Colma Creek and Tributaries Dredging
Program
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder, ..

2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and.affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly-intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
