A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT MODIFICATION NO. 3 (CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND HOUSING AUTHOR-
ITY) ....
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of.the City of South San Francisco
1. Execution of Agreement Modification No. 3.
Execution of Agreement Modification No. 3 between the Housing Author-
ity and the City of South San Francisco for sanitary sewer services to the
Housing Authority facility on "B" Street in the City of South San Francisco
is hereby authorized.
2. Signatures.
The City Manager is authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf
of the City and the City Clerk attest her signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
reqular meeting held on the 18th day of October ,1978, by the
following vote:
AYES: Counci Imen Ronald G. Acosta, Will iam A. Borba, Emanuele N. Damonte,
Terry J. Mirri; and Councilwoman Roberta Cerri Te.qlia
NOES: None
