CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION CORRECTING CERTAIN CLERICAL
ERRORS IN SEWER RENTAL CHARGES FOR 1978-79,
AND AUTHORIZING AN AMENDED TAX STATEMENT
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 96-78, adopted August 2, 1978, approved the
Report of sewer rental charges for 1978-79, which Report was certified
by the City Clerk and forwarded to the County Tax Collector for collection
with regular municSpal taxes; and
WHEREAS, sewer rental charges were erroneously assessed against two
parcels which are more particularly hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to cancel said sewer rental charge assess-
ments and requests issuance of amended tax statements.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT.RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. Sewer rental charges against the following described parcels for
1978-79 be and the same are hereby cancelled.

2. The County Tax Collector be and he is hereby authorized to issue
an amended tax statement showing the deletion of the sewer rental charges
cancelled by this Resolution.
