CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PARCEL MAP NO.
78-170, SUNSHINE PLAZA NO. 2 (BEING A RE-
SUBDIVISION OF LOT I PARCEL MAP OF SUNSHINE
PLAZA) AND ACCEPTING FOR PUBLIC USE A ROAD
AND UTILITIES EASEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of. the City of South San Francisco
that the Council having duly considered the parcel map hereinafter more
particularly described, and the Staff Report dated December 6, 1978,
does order that:
1. Parcel Map Approval.
The final parcel map No. 78-170, Sunshine Plaza No. 2 (being a re-
subdivision of Lot 1, Parcel Map of Sunshine Plaza), prepared by Louis
Attilio Arata,'Civil Engineer & Surveyor, Millbrae, California, No. C1-2333C,
dated September, 1978, contained in one (1)~ sheet, is hereby approved.
2. Acceptance of Road and ,Utilities Easement.
The Road and Utilities Easement dedicated on said map is hereby
accepted.
3. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of said
parcel map in the official records of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of December
