CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CALIFORNIA WATER
PARCEL MAP AND PROVIDING FOR RELATED MATTERS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City'Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. Map Approval.
The Parcel Map, being a resubdivision of a portion of Parcel
1 of Record of Survey Map filed in Volume 5 of LLS Maps, Page 103, San
Mateo County Records, dated August 1978 (Drawing No. 76-126-C) is hereby
approved.
2. Agreement.
Execution of the Agreement for Resubdivision Improvements is
hereby authori zed.
3. Recordatidn.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation
of the Parcel Map and said Agreement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of
