CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA

A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE CONTRACT AGENT
AND TAX COLLECTOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ANIMAL CONTROL
REGULATIONS'AND'PROCEDURES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of'the City of South San Francisco
that the followi.ng Contract Agent and Officer are designated to perform'the
functions set forth in Ordinance No. 779-78 adopted the 6th day of
December , 1978, entitled "An Ordinance Establishing Animal Control
Regulations and Procedures."
1. The Department of Animal Control Services, also described as the
designated Contract Agent, shall be the County of San Mateo.
2. The Chief of Animal Control, also designated as the Director of
Animal Control, shall be the County of San Mateo.
3. The Tax Collector is designated as the San Mateo County Tax
Collector.
I hereby cer. tify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San FrancisCo at a
