RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY REPORT TO
TAXING ENTITIES FOR THE SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO U. S. STEEL PLANT SITE
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Secion 33344.5 of the California Community Redevel-
opment Law (Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et seq.), the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of South San Francisco has prepared a preliminary report
for transmittal to the taxing entities on the proposed South San Francisco
U.S. Steel Plant Site Redevelopment Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the members of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco do resolve as follows:
1. The Preliminary Report on the Project is hereby approved and adopted
by the Agency.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency is hereby authorized and
directed to transmit the Preliminary Report to each affected taxing entity.
ADOPTED, signed and approved this 27th day of February, 1985.
