A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PROJECT AMENDMENT
NO. 06-00597.1 (LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION
FUND PROGRAM) RELATED TO OYSTER POINT
MARINA PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. Amendment to Project Agreement.
Executi',~n of Department of Parks and Recreation Amendment to
Project Agreement for Land and Water Conservation Fund Program is hereby
authorized, and a copy of the Agreement as set forth is attached hereto
as Exhibit "A".
2. Signatures.
The City Manager is authorized to execute said Amendment
on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk to attest his signature thereto.

introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of December ,

Project Amendment No., 06-CO597.1.
This A~'~i'.~]'~ to Project Agreement No. _06-00597 is hereby made ~ud agreed upon by
the State Li~ison Officer for the L~nd and Water Conservation F~ud and by the City
of South gm~ Francisco (Particip~nts), pursuant to the Land and Water Conservation
Fund Act of 1965, 78 Stat. 897 (1964), e_nd the Federal-State Project Agreement.
The State Liaison Officer and the Participants, in mutual consideration of the
· ~romises made herein snd in the agreement of which this is an anendment, do pro,se
as follows:

~aat the above-mentioned agreement is amended by:
~""ae City of South San Fr~ncisco transfers all obligations imposed on
it by the terms of said agreement to the San Mateo County Harbor District.
The San Mateo County Harbor District accepts said transfer mud hereby
assumes all of participant's obligations under said agreement.
'Federal. share to remain the same.
:'NOTE: Any reference to the Bureau of Outdoor Recreation (BOR) contained in the
Agreement, or in any attachments incorporated thereto, shall hereinafter
~e considered a reference to the Heritage Conservation and Recreation
Service (HCRS).
