CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CITY-
CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH GOODWIN B.STEINBERG
ASSOCIATES RELATED TO REMODELING OF VALUE
GIANT AND THE EXISTING POLICE DEPARTMENT BUILDING
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. Execution of A~]reement.
Execution of a City-Consultant Agreement with Goodwin B.
Steinberg Associates for professional services related to remodeling of
the Value Giant and the existing Police Department building, is hereby
authorized.
2. Signatures.
The City Manager is authorized to execute said City-Consultant
Agreement on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk attest his signature
thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of December ,
1978, by the following vote:
