CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION 'ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR STREET
OR HIGHWAY PURPOSES FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
(AIRPORT BOULEVARD AND WONDERCOLOR LANE/
DIRECTOR'S· DEED NO. ~DE-000151-02702)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. ACCEPTANCE OF DEED.
The City of South San FranCisco accepts the Director's Deed from
the State of California of an easement for street or highway purposes and
incidents thereto, upon, over, under and across the parcel of land des-
cribed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. RECORDATION.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of
said Director's Deed in the official records of the County of San Mateo,
and forward a recorded copy of the Deed to Mr. Larry Ri tter, Right of Way
Agent, Department of Transportation.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular~ meeting held on the 20th day of December
1978, by the following vote:
