CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, ~ATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING VILLA COURT CONDO-
MINIUM-FINALMAP. ANDRELATED MATTERS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Approval of Map.
The final map entitled "Villa Court Condominium, Being a Subdivi-
~sion of a Portion of Lands of formerly Giacomo Giannini, Book 113 of
Deeds, Page 408, City of South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California"
is hereby approved.
2. Agreement.
Execution of the Agreement for Subdivision Improvements, entitled
"Agreement, Subdivision Improvements, Villa Court Condominium, Being a
Subdivision of a Portion of Lands of Formerly Giacomo Giannini, Book 113
of Deeds, Page 408, City of South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California"
is hereby authorized, and the Mayor is authorized to execute said Agreement
on behalf of the City and the City Clerk is authorized to attest his sig-
nature thereto.
3. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authOrized to record or cause recordation of
said final map together with the Agreement for Subdivision improvements
in the official records of the County of San Mateo.
