RESOLUTION NO. 60
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AWARDING THE SALE OF NOTES
1985 TAX ALLOCATION REFUNDING NOTES
RESOLVED, by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that,
NHEREAS, pursuant to its Resolution No. 57 entitled "A Resolution of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco Authorizing the
Issuance of $7,000,000 Principal Amount of Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco Gateway Redevelopment Project 1985 Tax Allocation
Refunding Notes" adopted May 8, 1985, and its Resolution No. 58 entitled "A
Resolution Calling for Bids for Notes, Approving Notice of Sale of Notes and
Official Statement, and Authorizing and Otrecting Certain Actions with Respect
Thereto" adopted May 8, 1985, notice of sale of Redevelopment Agency of the
City of South San Francisco 1985 Tax Allocation Refunding Notes has been duly
given; and
NHEREAS, on the date hereof bids for the sale of said notes were
publicly opened and examined and referred to this Agency;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That all written bids received for purchase of said notes excepting
the bid herein stated, be and they are hereby, rejected, and that said notes
be, and they are hereby ordered sold to Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co., Inc.
'as the highest bidder therefor, said sale to be subject to all of the terms
and conditions set forth in the Offlctal Notice of Sale of said notes and in
said accepted bid.
2. That the Secretary be, and he is hereby, directed to have said
notes printed, and that the same be Immedlately signed, sealed and delivered
to said bidder on receipt of the amount therefor and upon the performance of
the conditions contained in said written offer.
3. That the interest rate of said notes be, and the same is hereby
fixed at the rate stated in said bid.
