CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO' STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING .A PARCEL~MAP
AND RELATED,~ MATTERS · .~ ....

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
1. Approval of Parcel Map.
The Parcel Map entitled "Parcel Map,Mission Road Tract, South San
Francisco, San Mate° County, California" dated August, 1978, contained in
one (1) sheet (Drawing'No. C2'2172, SSF PM 77-I52)~ prepared by Lo!.~is
Attilio Arata, Civil Engineer & Surveyor, Millbrae, California, is hereby
approved.
2. 'Acceptance of Easement,
The dedication for use as a public easement over, on, under, across
and through those certain strips of land designated upon said map as"Road
and Utilities Easement", is hereby accepted.
3. Execution of Agreement..
Execution of Agreement entitled "Parcel Map, Mission Road Tract,
South San Francisco, San Mateo County, 'California" dated August, 1978,
is hereby authorized, and the Mayor is authorized to execute said Agreement
on behalf of the City and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
4. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of said
Parcel Map concurrently with the Agreement hereinbefore described and the
covenant running with the land securing performance of the easement improvements.
