A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF STANDARD
FORM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN OWNER AND ARCHITECT
DOWNTOWN REVITALIZTION PROJECT NO. ST79-1
ASSESSMENT DI STRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, San
Mateo County, California, that the City make and enter into an agreement with
D'Amico & Associates, Incorporated, identified as "Standard Form of Agreement
Between Owner and Architect, 1977 Edition" dated as of the 3rd day
of January , 19 7___gand in form this day presented to this Council, and the
Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said agreement, in duplicate, and the
City Clerk is authorized to attest his signature and to affix the corporate
seal of the City thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on this 3rd day of January , 197.__9, by the following
vote:
