CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT SLUDGE
REMOVAL
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco that:
1. Execution.
Execution of agreement entitled "Agreement, Sewage Treatment
Plant Sludge Removal" between the City of South San Francisco, City of
San Bruno and Tillo Products, is hereby authorized.
2. Signature.
The City Manager is authorized to execute said Agreement on
behalf of the City and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at an adjourned meeting held on the lOth day of January ,
1979, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Ronald G. Acosta, Emanuele N. Damonte, Terry J.
Mirri; and Councilwoman Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAINING: Councilman William A. Borba
