CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A CITY/SCHOOL
DISTRICT~COORDINATING SUBCOMMITTEE

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Establishment of Subcommittee.
That the City Council of the City of South San Francisco does
hereby approve the formation of a City/School District Coordinating Subcom-
mi ttee.
2. Members.
Two members of the City Council shall be designated either by the
Mayor or the City Council as members of the Subcommittee, who serve, together
with two members of the Board of Trustees of the South San Francisco Unified
School District designated by that agency. The Council may establish a term
for each of the Council designees, and by a majority vote may change the
designated members.
3. Agenda and Meetin_qs.
The City representatives and the School District representatives
shall meet within thirty (30) days after formation of this Subcommittee
for the purpose of describing any procedures deemed necessary by the Sub-
committee, to set forth meeting dates, times and places and agenda schedules.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
