RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A~-~ENDMENT TO
COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO
RESOLVED by t.h.e City/~.~?~ Council of South San Francisco ; that
WHEREAS, on Nn.vmmber_ 15.~_]1978 , this City/~ewR Council did
authorize the execution of a Cooperation Agreement with the County of
San Mateo for the funding and implementation local Housing and Community
Development Block Grant Projects in the current and ensuing program
years; and

" WHEREAS, it is ne.cessary that said agreement be :.amended in a
certain particular accordance with instruCtions received from the
.
United States Department of Housing and Community Development, and
this City/T~mm~ Council having received, read and considered said amendment,
and having.determined that it is necessary and desirable that the same be
executed for and on behalf of the City/=-~ of South San Francisco -
NOW, THEREFORE, ~it is hereby resolved that the City ~.~anager of
this City/l~ Council be, and he ~s hereby authorized and d~rected
to execute.s'aid amendment for and on behalf of the City/~om~ of South
San.Fr'~ncisco ~-'a-nd the Clerk shall attest his/her signature thereto.
