RESOLUTION NO. ] 3-79
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
WITH THE WESTBOROUGH COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
GELLERT BOULEVARD EXTENSION PROJECT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, San Mateo County, California, that the City make and
enter into that certain agreement entitled "For Construction and
Installation of Sanitary Sewerage Facilities and Domestic .Water
Facilities", by and between this City and the Westborough County
Water District, dated January 11, 1979, and in form copies of
which have been presented to this Council, and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement, in duplicate, on behalf
of the City, and the Clerk is hereby authorized to attest his
signature and affix the corporate seal of the City thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Franicsco at a regular meeting held this 7th day of February ,
1979, by the following vote:
