CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN .AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY
OF SAN MATEO AND THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco and the County of San
Mateo have entered into an agreement whereby the County of San Mateo
agrees to extend its centralized telephone switching system (Centrex)
to the City of South San Francisco as provided in Addendum entitled
--
"Addendum to Communications Contract, City of South San Francisco and
San Mateo County" dated August 2, 1977,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that:
1. Execution of an Agreement dated October 17,' 1978, entitled
"Agreement for Communications, Maintenance Services" dated October 17,
1978, between the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation,
and the County of San Mateo, a-political, subdivision of the State of
California, is hereby authorized.
2. Signatures.
The City Manager is authorized to execute said Agreement
on behalf of the City and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the21st day of
March
