CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT
EXERCISING THE THIRD ONE-YEAR OPION -
LEASE FOR 230-232 GRAND AVENUE

BE IT RESOLVED ~by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco that:
1. Execution.
Execution of the Agreement providing for an extension of the
Lease t~ated March 15, 1974, for the third one (1) year option term to
May 31, 1980, is hereby authorized.
2. Signature.
The City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute
said Agreement on behalf of the City and the City Clerk attest his
signature thereto. '' "'
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the21st day of March ,
1979, by the following vote'
