CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A LEASE
EXTENSION FOR 409 GRAND AVENUE,
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco that:
1. Execution of Leaee Extension.
Execution of a lease extension between the City of South San
Francisco, a municipal corporation, and Helen Price, for the premises
known as 409 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, California, is hereby
authori zed.
2. Signature.
The City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute
said Lease Extension on behalf of the City and the City Clerk attest his
si gnature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of March ,
1979, by the following vote:
