CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENT
NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT WITH THE NORTH SAN MATEO
COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Execution:
Execution of Supplement No. 2 to Agreement dated March 4, 1968,
for Sewage Disposal by and Between the City of South San Franicsco and the
North San Mateo County Sanitation District is hereby authorized.
2. Signatures:
The Mayor is authorized to execute said SOPplement No. 2 to
Agreement with the North'San Mateo County Sanitation District, and the
City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City-Council of the City of SouthSan Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 4th day of. April ,1970, by
the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Ronald G. Acosta, William A. Borb,, Fm, n,~.l~. N.
Damonte, Terry J. Mirri; Councilwoman Roberta Cerri Teglia
