HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 38-19791956A JHHW:KIJ: pl 04/10/79 RESOLUTION NO. 38-79 A RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION PROJECT NO. ST-79-1 BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, California, that WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of January, 1979, this Council adopted Resolution No. 2-79, A ResolUtion of Intention to Make Improvements; WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of hearing protests in relation to said proposed acquisitions and improvements was duly given and all written protests and other written communications were publicly read at said hearing and all persons desiring to be heard were fully heard; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows: 1. That protests against said acquisitions and improvements were not signed and duly filed by the owners of a majority or more of the area of the lands within the assessment district, or of the area of the lands within the assessment district assessed for the costs and expenses of said acquisitions and improvements. 2. That said protests, and each of them, are overruled. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the Council of the City of South San Francisco, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 18th day of April , 1979, by the following vote, to wit- AYES: Counci lmembers NOES' Counci lmembers Ronald G.
