HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 47-1979 RESOLUTION NO. 47-79 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,· STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION DETERMINING COMPENSATION AND OTHER BENEFITS FOR'.-THE CITY CLERK, CITY TREASURER .AND CITY MANAGER, AND HEALTH AND WELFARE'BENEFITS'FOR THE CITY COUNCIL BE ·IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that: 1. _City Clerk, City. Treasurer and City Manager.. The compensation and other benefits for the City CleYk,City Treasurer and City Manager shall be as follows' 1.1. Cit, y Clerk. The Council by motion on June 15, 1978, estab- liShed the City Clerk's salary as Three hundred dollars ($300) per month, said salary to'be increased by Fifty dollars ($50) per month after six (6) months, and then increased by an additional Fifty dollars .($50) at the end of the second six (6) month period. The salary of the City Clerk for fiscal year 1978-79-is established as Four hundred dollars ($400) per month in addition to the salary paid for other duties· performed as ExecUtive Secretary to the City Manager. 1.2. City Treas?er an~d·,City. Manager. Commencing with the pay period which included July 1, 1978, the base salary paid for fiscal year 1977-78 shall be~ increased by.six percent (6%), and each of said offices shall have the other benefits set forth in Unit I Management's Memorandum of Understanding for fiscal Year 1978-79. 2. City Co,uncil. The members of the City Council shall be entitled to the following insurance benefits equivalent to those provided for ·1. Unit 1 Management in the Memorandum of Understandin§ for fiscal year 1978-79- (a) Health Insurance Plan (b) Dental Care Plan (c) Life Insurance, including accidental death and dismemberment coverage, in the amount of Five thousand dollars ($5,000). (d) Vision Care Plan. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro- duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco .at a regular ....... meeting held this 18thday of April ,1979, by the following vote' AYES- Councilmen Ronald G.
