CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT
0-4, 1978-79 OPERATING BUDGET.
WHEREAS, the City Council on December 6, 1978, adopted Resolution
156-78 approving the Operating Budget for fiscal year 1978-79 wherein the
appropriations for Personnel Services were based upon Memoranda of Under-
standing applicable to fiscal year 1977-78, and
WHEREAS, the 1978-79 Operating Budget includes a provision of
$503,000 for increases in PerSonnel Services in the event other Memoranda
of Understanding become effective, and
WHEREAS, various Memoranda of Understanding have been executed
which require an increase in appropriation for Personnel Services for 1978-79,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco does:
1. Authorize the Director of Finance to increase the appropriations
for Personnel Services of the various accounts of the City for
1978-79 in recognition of the above Memoranda of Understanding
by an aggregate amount not to exceed $510,1526.
2. Such increases in appropriations shall be allocated from the
fol 1 owing sources:
$460,180 General Fund A/C No. 12-4120-152-20
$ 33,000 Sewer Fund A/C No. 13-4120-330-54
13,246 Sewer Fund Reserves
1,320 Parking District Fund Reserve
2,780 Common Green Funds Reserve
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regularmeeting held this 18th day of April
