RESOLUTION NO. 56-79
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS FOR BONDS
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION PROJECT NO. ST-79-1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of' South San Francisco, San
Mateo County, California, that
·
WHEREAS, pursUant· to its' Resolution of Intention No. 2-79,'adopted on
JanUary 3, 1979, this Council proposes to issue and sell Improvement Bonds of
the City of South San Francisco;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to call for bids for the
sale of said bonds, such bids to be received at the office of the Director of
Finance of said City on or before ll'O0 o'clOck a.m. on July 3, 1979, at which
time and place the bids will be publicly opened, examined and declared, and
referred to the City Council. ~. - ~i
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the law firm of Jones
Hall Hill & White,__San~ Francisco, California, unqualifiedly approving the
legality of the proceedings and the issuance of the Bonds. ~

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution 'was duly .and regularly.
