RESOLUTION NO. 57-79
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING SPECIAL CONSULTANT
DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION PROJECT NO. ST79-1
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
California, that Miller & Schroeder Municipals, Inc., San Francisco,
California is hereby appointed as special consultant to the City for the
Downtown Revitalization Project No. ST79-1, for the purpose of preparing the
official statement and assisting in the marketing of the bonds to be issued to
represent the unpaid assessments in proceedings being condbcted pursuant to
Resolution of Intention No. 2-79, adopted January 3, 1979.
BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED that the fees of such special consultants shall
be paid by Jones Hall Hill & White with no obligation on the City therefor.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on this 16th day of May , 1979, by the
