RESOLUTION NO. 58-79
CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ANNEXATION OF
CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY TO THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DESIGNATED
LANDS OF FOREST KNOLLS ~DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY (. 1.6~-.. acres) .
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
WHEREAS, on .the 21st day of March, 1979, the Local Agency Formation
Commission of the County of San Mateo did pass and adopt Resolution No.
574 entitled entitled "Resolution of the Local Agency Formation Commission
of, the County of San Mateo Making Determinations and Approving the Proposed
Annexation of Territory Involving the Lands of Forest Knolls Development
Company to the City of South San Francisco (.16-+ Acres) PUrsuant to Govern-
ment Code Section 35151.", which Resolution described the boundaries of the
territory proposed to be annexed to the City of South San Francisco; and
WHEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of South San Francisco
and is uninhabited territory in the Courity of San Mateo, State of California;
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said territory have given and executed their
written consent as provided by law that the property within the annexed
territory shall be annexed to the City of South San Francisco; and
WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of San
Mateo, pursuant to Government Code Sections 35031, 35151 and other related
sections has given its approval and authorization to annex said territory
without notice, hearing or election; and
WHEREAS, the owners of private property included in the territory

introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 16th day of
May
