CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF~SOUTHS~N FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT
FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES WITH THE
COUNTY OF SAN MATEOR OR ITS DESIGNEE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that'
1. Contract Authorized.
The Council authorizes execution of a contract with the County
of San Mateo or its designee as provided in Ordinance No. 794-79 adopted
the 5th day of July, 1979, entitled "An Ordinance Establishing Animal Control
Regulations and Procedures".
2. Signatures.
The City Manager is authorized to execute said Contract on behalf
of the City, and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 5th day of July , 1979, by
the fol 1 owing vote:
AYES: Councilmember$ Ronald G. Acosta, William A.~ Borba, Emanuele
N. Damonte, Terry J. Mirri, and Roberta Cerri Teglia
