A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR THE ALTA MESA - KING DRIVE STORM
DRAIN, PROJECT NO. SD-79-1
that'
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly,opened, examined and declared on the lOth day of
July , 1979,, for
the Alta Mesa - King Drive Storm Drain;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder, Lowrie Pavi.ng~.Company, Inc.
for the bid price of Fifty-seven Thousand, Six Hundred and Forty-six Dollars
($ 57,646 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and.-affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly~intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council. of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 18thday of July ,
19 79, by the following vote'
AYES: Councilmembers Ronald G. Acosta, Emanuele N. Damonte, Terry J Mirri,
and Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES' Councilmember William A~ Borba
