A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC GAS &
ELECTRIC COMPANY (UNDERGROUND
FACILITIES AT KIMBALL AVENUE AND
SWIFT AVENUE SEWAGE PUMP STATION
NO. 3)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City COuncil of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. Execution'
Execution of the Agreement.to install facilities and perform
other work'.between Pacific Gas & Electric Company and the City of South San
Francisco, a copy of which is attached hereto as EXhibit "A" is hereby
authori zed ~
2. Si gnatures.
The City Manager is authoriZed to execute said Agreement 'on
behalf of the City, and the City Clerk attest his Signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the fOregOing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a]~] regular meeting held on the 15th day of August ,

Pacific will perform said work and furnish all necessary labor, appliances, m~terial~ and facilities re-
quked therefor, subject to th6 following conditions:
1. Said work shall be as follows: /
(Describe hereunder in detail the materials and facilities to be furnished and/or work to be done. For each facility installed,
specifically indicate whether ownership shall vest in Pacific or Customer upon completio~ of work. II more space is
required use other side and attach any necessary drawings.)
City of South San Francisco requests Pacific to underground an
existing overhead electric service. Cost is $2,147.'00 for

(Zmership shall vest in Pacific.
2. Whenever part or all of said work is to be furnished or performed upon property other than that
of Customer, Cus. tomer shall first procure from the owners thereof all rights-of-way and/or permits necessary
therefor in form satisfactory to Pacific and without cost to it.
