CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION.RATIFYING THE SEWER RENTAL
REPORT FOR 1979--80 .AS .ADOPTED PURSUANT
TO ORDINANCE NO' 396,. AS AMENDED
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 396, as amended, sewer rentals
and charges are required to be assessed on-the City tax rolls and collected
with the regular municipal taxes, and
WHEREAS, the written Report 'charging each 'parcel with the sewer
rentals and charges has been duly filed with the City Clerk, which Report
reflects adjustments made by the Director of Public Services in accordance
with the protest procedure, and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing On the 22nd daY of
August, 1979, after due notice thereof, to consider any further protests
and/or modifications of said Report and ratification thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco tha'~'
1. The Report of Sewer Rental Charges for 1979-80 in accordance with
Ordinance No. 396, as Amended, as approved on August 8, 1979, which charges

each parcel, of rea-1 property reCeiving directly the benefits of the

municipal Sanitary sewer Services for fiscal year 1979-80, is hereby ratified.
2. The sewer rentals and charges filed with the City Clerk contained
in the"Report of Sewer Rental Charges for 1979-80", in accordance'with
Ordinance No. 396, as Amended' and submitted by the Director of Finance, are
hereby adopted, and said rentals and charges as so revised shall be assessed
on'the City Tax rolls and collected with the regular municipal taxes,and

said rentals and charges as so revised shall as set forth in Ordinance
No. 396, as amended, cOnstitute a lien upon the respective parcels of
real property in the City of South San FrancisCo.
3. The City Clerk shall cause a copy of this Resolution to be pub~
lished within fifteen ('15) days after passage, in the Enterpri~e-Llournal,

a newspaper of general circulation published in the City.of S'outh San
Francisco, and shall further certify to the County Tax Collector or Auditor
that the Report as adopted by the Council, was ratified by Resolution No.
96-79 on August.22, 1979, said certification to be sUbstantially in the
form set forth in sali.d Report.
