CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF JOINT
POWERS AGREEMENT FOR INTERGOVERNMENTAL EMPLOYEE
RELATIONS SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City'Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. The City of South San Francisco approves and authorize~
execution of a Joint Powers Agreement for Intergovernmental Employee
Relations Services.
, 2. The City Manager is authorized to execute said Agreement
on behalf of the City and the City Clerk to attest his signature hereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a reqular meeting held on the 21st day of Hovember ,
1979, by the following vote:
