A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION OF
INTENTION NO. 112-79 RECOMMENDING
VACATION OF A PORTION OF KIMBALL WAY

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the following Resolution, being the'same, is hereby rescinded:
Resolution No. 112-79 adopted the 9th day of September, 1979
entitled- "A Resolution .of Intention to Vacate a Portion of Kimball Way."
