A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING, UNIT I -
MANAGEMENT, JULY 1, 1979 - JUNE 30, 1980
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the Memorandum of Understanding with Unit 1 - Management,
for the period July 1, 1979 - June 30, 1980, a copy of which is attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference as if set
forth verbatim, is hereby accepted and approved.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of November
1979, by the following vote:
AYES' Councilmen Ronald G. Acosta, Emanuele N. Damonte~and Terry J. Mirri
