CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DECLARING FORMAL
RECOGNITION OF MAJORITY REPRE-
SENTATIVES FOR RESPECTIVE UNITS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that the Council, having received a report from the City
Manager indicati.ng the results of a secret ballot unit representation
election conducted by the California State Mediation and Conciliation
Service, and having further received a recommendation regarding the
majority of representatives for certain units, the Council hereby finds,
determines and orders that the majority representative of recognized
employee organizations for the respective units shall be as follows:
1. Unit 1
2. Unit 2
3. Unit 3
4. Unit 4
5. Unit 5
6. Unit 6
7. Unit 7
8. Unit 8
