CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED "SWIFT AVENUE INDUSTRIAL CENTER,
A CONDOMINIUM"
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Approval.
The Final Map, entitled "Swift Avenue Industrial Center, A Condominium
(Being a Subdivision of Parcel G as Shown on Map Recorded in Volume 47 of Parcel
Maps at Page 92, Records of San Mateo County, California)" prepared by Wm. Wright
Company.Surveyors, 1539 Bayshore Highway, Burlingame, California, is hereby
approved.
2. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of said
Map in the official records of the County of San Mateo, provided owners con-
currently record the document entitled "Declaration of Covenants, Conditions
and Restrictions Establishing a Plan for Condominium Ownership of the Swift
Avenue Industrial Center."
3. Copy of Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.
A copy of the recorded Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions shall be filed in each of the following offices for reference:
(1) City Clerk, (2) Department of Community Development and (3) Department of
Public Services/Engineering.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced

and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 19th day of December
1979, by the following vote-
