A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT
WITH M.A.G. CONSULTANTS, INC.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Execution of A~qreement.
Execution of an Agreement with M.A.G. Consultants, Inc., providing
for professional services in relation to San Francisco International Airport
and operations therefrom which impact South San Francisco with unreasonable
noise, is hereby authorized.
2. Signatures.
The City Manager is authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf
of the City, and the Ci~ty Clerk attest his si.gnature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 19thday of December , 19 79 ,
by the following vote:
