CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTING
PAYMENT IN SATISFACTION OF A DEBT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the sum of Four Thousand Four Hundred Forty-Four Dollars and Sixteen
Cents ($4,444.16) be accepted from the Housing Authority of the City of
South San Francisco in satisfaction of the advance to said Authority
pursuant to Resolution No. 5874 adopted June 19, 1972.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 10th day of December ,
1979, by the fol 1 owing vote'
