CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
REGARDING THE CALIFORNIA WITNESS PROTECTION
PROGRAM,
that'
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Execution Authorized.
Execution of an agreement providing for the California Witness
Protection Program administered by the California Department of Justice which
is designed to assist California law enforcement agencies and prosecutors in
protecting witnesses and their families, is hereby authorized.
2. Signature.
The Chief of Police is authorized to execute said agreement on behalf
of the City and do any and all acts necessary to .implement said program in the
City of South San Francisco.
3. Copy Attachment and Filing with the City. Clerk·
A copy of this Resolution shall be attached to the agreement, and a
duplicate original, of this agreement shall be filed with the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the llOth day of December
1979, by the following vote'
