CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING APPRECIATION
TO FRANK A. FRANK
WHEREAS, Frank A. Frank has served as a member of the South San
Francisco Library Board Trustees, and
WHEREAS, he has contributed to the welfare of this community
through numerous other activities, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to express appreciation to him
for said services to the community;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED' by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that the Council does hereby express appreciation
to Frank A. Frank for his contribution to the City's progress and welfare
through his services as~a..member of the..South~San Francisco Library Board
Trustees and numerous other civic acti~vities through which he unselfishly
gave time, interest and effort to advance and better this community, and
by which he established a high standard of civic conduct worthy of follow-
ing by those who desire to contribute to the welfare of this community.
