A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A LEASE EXTENSION
TO APRIL 30, 1981 FOR 409 GRAND AVENUE,
SOUTH SAN FRANCI S_CO, CALIFORNIA
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Execution of Lease Extension.
Execution of a Lease Extension between the City of South San
Francisco, a municipal corporation, and Helen Price, for the premises known
as 409 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, California, is hereby authorized.
2. Signatures.
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute said Lease
Extension on behalf .of the City, and the City Clerk attest his signature
thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution Was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 20th day of February ,
19 80, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Ronald G. Acosta, William A. Borba, Emanuele N. Damonte,
Terry J. Mirri; and Councilwoman Roberta Cerri ?eglia
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
