CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING MEMORANDUM
OF UNDERSTANDING, UNIT 4, REPRESENTED BY INTER-
NATIONAL UNION OF OPERATING ENGINEERS, STATIONARY
ENGINEERS LOCAL UNION NO. 39, AFL-CIO, JULY l,
1979 - JUNE 30, 1981
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the Memorandum of Understanding with Unit 4 represented by International
Union of Operating Engineers, Stationary Engineers Local Union No. 39, AFL-
CIO, for the period July 1, 1979 - June 30, 1981, a copy of which is attached
as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference as if set forth
verbatim, is hereby accepted and,approved,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and is hereby author-
ized to endorse on Page 1 and Signature Page of said Memorandum of Understand-
ing the following:
"Approved by Council Resolution No. lC).~O adOpted
March 6 , 1980"
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
