A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING UNIT 7, NON-SWORN POLICE DEPARTMENT

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the Memorandum of Understanding with' Unit 7 - Non-sworn Police Department

Employees, for the period July 1, 1979 - June 30, 1981, a copy of which is

attached as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this~ reference as if set
forth verbatim, is hereby accepted and approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and is hereby author-
ized to endorse on Page 1 and Signature Pa§e of said Memorandum of Understanding
the fol 1 owi ng:
