RESOLUT ION NO. 25-80
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE
CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION PROJECT NO. ST-79-1
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, San
Mateo County, California, that the-public'interest, convenience and necessity.
require, and that it is the intention of this Council to make the following
changes and modifications in the proceedings under and pursuant to Resolution
of Intention No. 2-79, adopted by this Council on January 3, 1979, to wit:
Increase in the maximum interest rate which the bonds to be issued in
the proceedings under and pursuant to said Resolution of Intention may 'bear
from eight percent (8%) per annum to ten percent (10%) per annum.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Wednesday, the 23nd day of April, 1980, at
the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m., in the regular meeting place of this Council,
West Orange Avenue Library Auditorium, 840 West Orange Avenue, South San
Francisco, California, are hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing
thereon and v~en and where this Council will consider the matter of making
said change and modification and hear all protests and persons interested
.therein.
Robert S. M. Yee, City Engineer of the City of South San Francisco, is
hereby designated as the person to answer inquiries regarding the protest
proceedings to be had herein, and may be contacted during regular office hours_
at th6 City Hall, South San Francisco, California, or by calling (415)
877-8542.
The City Clerk of the City of South San Francisco shall cause a copy of
this resolution to be published once in the Enterprise Journal, a newspaper of
general circulation published in the City of South San Francisco and the paper
in which the Notice of Improvement under said Resolution of Intention was
published, said publication to be at least ten days prior to said hearing date.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 19th day of.__ March , 1980, by the
