CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME FOR
COMPLETION, FILING AND RECORDATION OF A
FINAL MAP - RARE EARTH SUBDIVISION NO. 1
WHEREAS, the tentative subdivision map entitled "Rare Earth Subdivision
No. l" was approved on October 10, 1978 by the Planning Commission of the
City of South San Francisco, and
WHEREAS, the map and related matters have been the subject of several
proceedings before the Planning Commission and City Council since approval
of the tentative map, and
WHEREAS, the subdivision map's applicant has requested an extension
of the time limits to file and record a final map and City Ordinance No. 603
the City's Subdivision Ordinance, Section 10.02 and 10.03, and Government Code
Section 66451.1, provide for an extension of the time limits on applicant's
request and City Council approval after a review and recommendation by the
Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of South San Francisco on
March ll, 1980 reviewed and recommended approval of a six month extension to
and including October 10, 1980 for the purpose of approving and recording of
the final map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the time for approval and recordation of the final
map titled "Rare Earth Subdivision No. 1" is hereby extended to and including
October 10, 1980.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 2nd day of April , 1980,
by the following vote:
