CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT
O-l, 1979-80 OPERATING BUDGET.
WHEREAS, the City Council on September 19, 1979, adopted Resolution
111-79 approving the preliminary Operating Budget for fiscal year 1979-80
wherein the appropriations for Personnel Services were based upon Memoranda
of Understanding applicable to fiscal year 1978-79, and
WHEREAS, various Memoranda of Understanding have been executed or
agreed upon in concept which require an increase in appropriation for Personnel
Services for 1979-80, and
WHEREAS, two contracts have been approved with M. A. G. Consultants,
Inc. for professional services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco does'
1. Authorize the Director of Finance to increase the appropri'ations
for Personnel Services of the various accounts of the City for
1979-80 in recognition of the Memoranda of Understanding by an
aggregate .amount not to exceed $834,845.
2. Such increases in appropriations for the Memoranda of Understanding
shall be allocated from the following sources'
$703,781 General Fund A/C No. 12-4120-152-20
$ 25,329 General Fund Reserves
$ 59,854 Sewer Fund Revenues
$ 29,031 Sewer Fund Reserves
$ 3,800 Parking District Fund Revenues
$ 3,050 Common Green Funds Reserves.
2. The appropriation in the Department of Community Development
A/C No. 12-4329-376-62 is increased $16,350 from General Fund
Reserves.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a re~Iulam meeting held this 16thday of April
1980, by the following vote-
