A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED "528 MILLER AVENUE CONDOMINIUM
SUBDIVISION

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Approval.
The Final Map, entitled "528 Miller Avenue Condominium Subdivision,"
being a Resubdivision of Lots 7 and 8, Block 103, South San Francisco Plat
No. l, prepared by Louis Attilio Arata, Civil Engineer & Surveyor, Millbrae,
California, is hereby approved.
2. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of
said Map in the official records of the County of San Mateo and submit for
concurrent recordation the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restric-
tions of The Miller Avenue Condominiums a Condominium Project, which were
provided by Patrick and Sheila Brosnan.
3. Copy of Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.
A copy of the recorded Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions shall be filed in each of the following offices for reference:
(1) City Clerk, (2) Department of Communi.ty Development and (3) Department
of Public Services/Engineering and the Building Division may withhold build-
ing permits until the copies of the recorded document are so filed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the lf;,J~ day of April ·
