A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT PROVIDING FOR THE'REPAYMENT OF
FUNDS CONCERNING THE COLMA CREEK FLOOD
CONTROL PROJECT
BE IT'RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
1. Execution of an Agreement entitled ."Agreement Providing for the
Repayment of Funds Concerning the Colma Creek Flood Control Project dated
, 1980 by and between the Town of Colma, City of Daly
City, City of San Bruno, City of South San Francisco and the San Mateo County
Flood Control District.
2. -The Mayor of the City of South San Francisco is authorized to
execute said agreement on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk attest his
