CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
(INTEREST) '
DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION PROJECT NO. ST-79-1
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of th'e City of South San Francisco, San
Mateo County, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 25-80 of this Council, adopted on
March 19, 1980, notice has been duly given of the intention of this Council to
make changes and modifications in the proceedings under and pursuant to
Resolution of Intention No. 2-79, adopted by this Council on January 3, 1979;
and
WHEREAS, all persons desirin9 -to be heard were given an opportunity to
be heard, and all matters and things pertaining to said changes and
modifications were fully heard and considered by this Council;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
1. All protests and objections be, and they are hereby, overruled.
2. The changes and modifications in the proceedings under said
Resolution of Intention be made and had, all as more particularly described
and set forth in said Resolution No. 25-80, adopted by this Council on March
19, 1980.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a~
